- We will not sell you a build that your assessment says you do not need.
- We will not keep your data or your tools locked in our accounts.

We build in your accounts where we can, so you own the work and can switch us off.
Only what a task needs
We use only the data a task needs, and none of it trains anyone’s model.

We set up access with you on a call. Please don’t send passwords by email.

If patient data is involved, we sign a business associate agreement before any of it is shared and use only tools that support HIPAA.
- Law and finance firms
We work within the confidentiality and record-keeping rules you already follow, and your compliance lead or a partner signs off.
- Texts and calls
Texting or calling patients and candidates needs their consent and an easy way to stop. We check what you have before any outbound build.
How a project runs
We are a global team based in the US, and one person is accountable for your project from start to finish.
One delivery lead
Your delivery lead runs the project from the first call, and arranges calls to suit your time zone.
Built and tested
Our engineers build and test the work to the BeyondEdge Group’s engineering standards, and the lead reviews it before it reaches you.
A weekly update
During a build, you get a short written update every week.
A monthly report
On a monthly plan, a one-page report shows what ran, the time it saved as an estimate, and what we changed.
