Services

Each step has a fixed fee, and you can stop after any of them.

The usual path is a call, then the assessment. Each step stands on its own.

Step 1

AI assessment

From $500, one-off

One week

We map where your team’s time goes and hand you a plan: the tasks where AI can help first, what each costs, and the hours it should save.

What you get

  • Short interviews with you and the people who do the work
  • A map of the repeated tasks in your week
  • A written plan with costs and the hours it should save, as an estimate with the math shown
  • A clear answer if AI is not yet worth it for you

The fee is fixed before we start: $500 to $1,500 for a team, depending on its size and how many systems we look at. Larger organizations are priced to scope.

Step 2

Pilot build

From $3,000, one-off

Two to four weeks

We build the first task from your plan, test it with your staff on real work, and switch it on once you approve it.

What you get

  • One working AI task, connected to the software you already use
  • Your approval rules built in: what runs on its own and what waits for a person
  • Testing on real work before anything goes live
  • Training for your team, and 30 days of fixes after launch

The fee is fixed before we start: $3,000 to $6,000 for a team, depending on how many systems the task connects to and how much it does.

Step 3

Managed AI operations

From $1,500 a month

Monthly

We manage your AI tasks, resolve issues and add new ones as you find more work AI can help with.

What you get

  • Monitoring, fixes and updates
  • A one-page report each month: what ran, the time it saved as an estimate, and what we changed
  • Small new builds as you find more work AI can help with
  • A named delivery lead you can reach

The fee is fixed before we start: $1,500 to $4,000 a month for a team, depending on how many tasks we run and how much work they handle.

What you own, and how you leave

  • Everything we build runs in your accounts and belongs to you.
  • Monthly plans run month to month and end with 30 days' notice.
  • When you leave, we hand over the notes and the access. No lock-in.

For larger organizations

AI consulting and forward deployed engineers are priced by the developer day. We place an engineer with your team for the length of the engagement to build and run AI on your systems, while a delivery lead keeps the plan on track. We agree the plan and budget before work starts.

Common questions

How much does it cost?

For a team, the assessment is $500 to $1,500, a pilot build $3,000 to $6,000, and managed AI operations $1,500 to $4,000 a month, each fixed before work starts. Larger organizations are priced by the developer day. The first call is free.

What happens in the assessment?

Over one week we look at how work moves through your business: calls, email, scheduling and reports. You get a written plan with the tasks where AI can help first, what each costs, and the hours it should save, as an estimate with the math shown. If AI isn’t worth it for you yet, the plan says so.

How long does a pilot take?

It takes two to four weeks, from the agreed plan to a task your team uses on real work, and includes 30 days of fixes after launch.

Do we need new software?

Usually not. We start with the tools you already pay for, like your phone system, calendar, CRM or practice software, and connect AI to them.

Who approves what the AI does?

You do. For each task, you choose whether it runs on its own, drafts work for a person to approve, or stays off. Anything that reaches a patient, candidate or client can wait for your team’s approval, and you can change the setting later.

What happens to our data?

We build in your accounts where we can, so you keep ownership and can switch us off. We use only the data a task needs, and none of it trains anyone’s model. If patient data is involved, we sign a business associate agreement before any of it is shared and use only tools that support HIPAA.

Will this replace my staff?

No. It takes repeated work off their desks. In the US Census Bureau’s 2026 business survey, 2% of firms reported job cuts related to AI. Most owners plan training instead, and the people who do the work take part in every assessment.

What do we own, and how do we leave?

You own everything we build, and it runs in your accounts. Monthly plans run month to month and end with 30 days' notice. When you leave, we hand over the notes and the access.
