Who we are

This policy covers beyondedge.si and Lira, the AI assistant on this site. The site is run by BeyondEdge SI, the AI division of the BeyondEdge Group. For any privacy question or request, email hello@beyondedge.si.

What we collect

When you use the contact form or leave your details with Lira, we collect what you give us: your name, email, company, team size, industry and message. The contact form also asks for your country and, if you choose, your phone number and your state or region.

When you chat with Lira, your messages are sent to our server to write a reply. If you send your details through the chat, the recent messages go with them so our team has the context.

When you visit, our hosting provider records technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time, which protects the site from abuse.

Why we collect it

We use your information to answer your questions, reply to you, arrange a call if you ask for one, and keep the site running safely. We use your phone number and country only to arrange that call, for example to choose a time that suits your time zone. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts this website. Lira’s replies are written by a third-party AI provider, so your chat messages are sent to that provider to write each reply. The provider states that it stores data in the People’s Republic of China.

Details you send through our forms, or leave with Lira, reach our team through the tool we use to receive inquiries and our email. They are not sent to the AI model.

Where it is processed

We are a global team, so your information may be handled in countries other than your own, including the United States, Singapore and the People’s Republic of China. Where the law requires it, we take steps so that your information is protected to a comparable standard.

How long we keep it

We do not keep Lira conversations on our own server. If you send your details through a form or through Lira, we keep them, with the recent messages, while we are in contact and for up to two years after that, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you become a client, your contract sets how long we keep project information.

What stays in your browser

We do not set cookies. Lira keeps your conversation in your browser for the current visit, and remembers for a day if you close her message.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to us contacting you. Email hello@beyondedge.si and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, for example California, the European Union or Singapore, local law may give you further rights, and we will honor them.

What not to share

Please do not share patient or health details, a client’s legal or financial details, passwords or payment information. Lira is an AI and is not the place for them.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection, and access to the details you send is limited to our team and the providers named above. Sending information over the internet carries some risk, so please share only what we need to reply.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
